A mile high, scenic
location with breathtaking views in every direction.
Banff Springs was skillfully designed by the late
Stanley Thompson to be the ultimate panoramic challenge.

A mile high in the Canadian Rockies, 6,729 yards of scenic thrills
and golf challenges make up the original 18 holes of this challenging
27-hole course. Skillfully designed by the late Stanley Thompson,
one of the world's foremost golf architects, the course was described
by the world-famous South African, Bobby Locke as, "out of
this world."
While the course is a mere 300 meters from the 815-room Banff Springs
Hotel, nature is at her best here -- untouched, unspoiled and
majestic. Noted for its stunning scenic layout, the Springs is
worth playing for 'The Cauldron' alone -- a dazzling par three
rated as one of the top golf holes in the world!
